A good software development lifecycle is not a document but a set of habits: how requirements enter the backlog, how code gets reviewed, how it is tested, built, released and observed. We help teams improve those habits by working alongside them.
Assessment
We look at how your team works today: branching, reviews, tests, pipeline, releases, incident handling. The outcome is a short, honest assessment with the three to five points that make the biggest difference.
Workshops
Compact formats on concrete topics, for example:
- Trunk-based development and small releases
- Code review that finds bugs instead of debating style
- Test strategy: what to automate, what to leave
- Security in the pipeline: dependency checks, secret scanning, SAST, container images
